Why you left them or want to leave them: I want to leave them in search of a bigger more capable guild that is progressing into 25 man and end content. I do love the lazy comfort of a small 10 man raiding guild but unfortunately it is dependent on the 10 main raiders to show or to be online in order to raid, I am not one of them so in order to keep up or sustain relatively geared to aid them i am required to pug 25 man raids which as you well know 90% of the time is well almost undoubtedly going to fail. I love the people im around and play with and am aware larger guilds can be quite daunting or become scary as almost an outsider in comparison to a much more personal close smaller guilds, however i feel it is important for one to spread there wings and take flight and explore other routes, meat new people and experience all kinds of people cultures race religion and just well gamers really.
Why do you want to join Element: Well i have considered applying for a very long time now and all though doubt myself as well as this application, im gonna be brutally honest.. I have played in many guilds with many players made some good friends made some bad friends met some awesome people skilled and lovely but Ive never yet managed to complete an end content, i was short in vanilla wow Tbc, i just feel i spend so much time playing this game where im meeting new people and exploring great depths that for once id like to be in a group of steady people that will push for end content that will push me and each other to be the best so they can get to see that final cut schene extra extra.
From where do you know Element: Heroics, Weakly raids, random confo with members. I think the first time i met an Elerment member was when i first started tanking in Wotlk and i met Narzzis and a few others in a Random heroic after a chat and a giggle we went onto thanks for the invite; to raiding ony 10 shortly after it had become re release as an 80 raid and totc i was invited along to both raids as a tank informed that i was an okay tank, but the raids at the time where above me and it pushed me and under the pressure i learn t how to really tank i liked it.
Times you can NOT play: Well i am a 3rd and thankfully final year Fine Art and Art Therapy Student at University, hopefully graduating but be it i do or not will be soon moving into my own plaice and my own flat house which ever ic an afford with the dets lolz
so im not entirely sure for exact dates or times everything is bit up in the air at the moment. I have alot of out of wow related responsibilities. However i tend to play best and play most the time in the afternoon/ evenings Normally say 6-7 pm onwards, and until i get tired of face-roll the keyboard from exhaustion.For how long you already play WoW: Oh my days way to long lol should really grow up but its just way to much fun

Raiding Experience: I started raiding first i think just before Tbc came out with the old and enjoyable AQ (20) , (40) ZG but wa s quite late blooming into 60, i think when i hit 70 was my real first step to raiding when i joined Toxic-ate back in the old days and was one off the guilds first to hit and complete Kara , SSC, AND TK Unfortunately after the guild falling to pieces over a relationship and Webb of lies i was lost between guilds fluttering till i found quintrophenia and stayed there for start of bt and that's it. Since WOTLK have experiences in Naxx, Ulduar, Ony Totc VoA Maligos and now Icc
Latest progression in icc is just past the wing with festa and rotface.
Attunements: Sorry i do not understand this, if u mean reputations i am exalted with most with exceptions of fractions like Ashon verdict - revered and odd ones like darnasus (which i have hardly ever visited let alone gridded to exalted)

I love Tanking My main spec is Tanking it is what i enjoy doing, i made the spec myself using what i thought was best for both aoe and single target tanking, i generally manage fine with it but am more than happy to adjust, all the advice is welcomed greatly. TBH Ive been a bit lost on my tank gear since ICC and have saved a lot of frost and am a bit wary about spending them and blowing them on the wrong thing, My of-spec i play is furry but it changes depending on the mood sometimes i like to play pvp with warrior so change to arms.

"Official" raids are only 25man raids.
In general our raiding days are Sunday to Thursday. This depends on the progression in the instances.

Start of invites for raids is generally about 19.30 on weekdays and 19.00 on Sunday.
End of raids is about midnight.

My name is Todd, I play wow for many reasons some good some bad i guess you could say its my escape.
Im a social and activist love to meat and commune with others good old chit chat.
I have a strong dislike for people that purposly bully others, its somthing that hits home for me and find myself ofton being dragged into defending the underdog. But my morals are in the right plaice :S
Everyone has there little something well im the extreme lol: OCD (all though i normally wouldn't admit to it im just a tidy freak lol) Partiality schizophrenic .... WAIT dont panic, this doesn't mean im about to comite suascide or stork or anything weird and creapy like that, what i mean by this is i have simptoms like for example Rapid Mood swings. (note not always aparent) but u can get the genrail idea when i go very quiet.

a real shame cause i held him to such high respect till his attitude today. i Was paralized in the worm fight and for the split secand i could not attack i lost a bit of threat nothing to be alarmed by i was soon helped and in secands i had the worm back again.
