Why you left them or want to leave them: I joined to raid and socialice
but people started slacking and not coming online for raids ect.. and now the guild isnt raiding 
so they are not progressing .Why do you want to join Element: because i want a raiding guild that is not going to slack and maybe want to farm achievements
From where do you know Element: Been in a couple of pugs with a few memebers
they seem very freindly and skilled Times you can NOT play: 23:00 + generally

Raiding Experience: I have done all on the raids on my character except EoE but i still now the tacts
