I use this spec becuase it puts out the most DPS, with the inclusion
of torment of the weak and focus magic buffs. Also a bit less crit
dependeble than frostfire spec and my personal play style puts it over
a arcane focused spec. My scondary spec is pvp frost but can change
this as needed.

# End-game raiding experience:

I have cleared OS, EoE, Naxx when Lich king launched. Have Ulduar 25
on farm and currently working on hard modes. In 10 man we have cleared
all hard modes apart from yogg+1 keeper, mainly due to time issues
with some people otherwise we would have done this. In 25 we have
cleared orbit-uary, heratbreaker, i could say this cache was rare. In BcS we cleared all of BT and made it up to Twins in Sunwell before the nerf, killed KJ on day of nerf.

# Current and past guild membership:

Nova- in there hayday were #3 on realm and made good progress in
Sunwell and cleared BT early on, I was in this guild until about 5
months ago when things fell apart and progress slowed down.

Xeon- I moved to this guild after I left Nova, who are the 2nd best
alliance guild on Khadgar, we have made good progress in Ulduar
killing Yogg in 25 in June however hard mode progress has been very
slow and some players are lacking on skill and I can't see them
clearing of the harder 25 man hard modes.

# Days and times you are able to raid: I am avalible all days apart from Saturdays. I work from home so play on and off al day and can stay until late night.

#Why do you want to join Element: You have made good progress in Ulduar hard modes and i'd like to be part of a solid team.

I am a very determinded hardcore minded player who expects nothing
less than from the people I am playing with who want to achive the
highest standard of content in the game and basiclly to be the best of
the best. WoW is a big part of my life so I play each day every day and am
avaliable for raiding every day, all day with no time constraints. I
know how to play my class very well, have played mage as my main since
2005 and no plans to change, I can easily knock out over 6k dps on
most fights. But I am always up for learing and I will take criticism and improve on something if needed. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you take my application seriously. Thanks, Nick.
