Why you left them or want to leave them: Guild is going downhill and members, even officers, are leaving due to lack of focus when it comes to progression raids.
Why do you want to join Element: From what I have seen/heard you are a good guild with hard working members and I would like to be a part of that.
Times you can NOT play: During the day in week days due to college, but I am home from college at 4:30 game time so it isnt a problem

it may show me as being MM, cuz not raiding atm due lack of people, so just pewpewing sum AV's :p but as i sed my spec is 41/20/0 for pve
