Why you left them or want to leave them: Ghostbusters is a fun guild. I actually enjoyed my time there. However, I want to enjoy more end-game content which I don't think I can achieve there.
Why do you want to join Element: I know Element from the very beginning of my playing this game. It is one of the best raiding guilds on this server. I have been playing for quite a long time but it seems that I always miss the end-game content. I'm hoping to make a change.
